So, I’m watching 20/20 on an alleged cult. This crap drives me crazy!!!!
All of these victims of cults are searching for insight into themselves, and how to be happier and healthier. I get that. I completely understand wanting to be better and happier. Even I strive for that.
The victims of these cults pay thousands to be abused and to get even further screwed up. I am 100% safe from joining any type of cult. I’m broke. Charles Manson wouldn’t even take me into his cult back in the heyday. Yeah, I’m that broke.
I have the secrets to being happier and healthier. I know they way. Wow, I feel like I have to wear a cape to say crap like that, but it’s true. I know the WAY!!! (Picture lightening and thunder)
Health
Go to a freaking doctor and listen to them. Try some yoga, but not too much or you might turn hippie. Gross. Just kidding all you hippies. Eat healthier. That should be a given. Take a walk around the block a couple of times of week. Stop smoking (I’ll be trying that soon). Don’t drink too much. It’s as easy as that.
Happiness
Smile. It’s been proven to help, so I’m not just blowing smoke. Realize that bad things happen. And yes, bad things will happen to you. You can stay bogged down in the bad, or you can pick yourself up and move on with life. Get a pet. I got that wrong though, the cat I live with is bitchy. Don’t hang onto the bad stuff in your past. It will sink you. Take responsibility for only what is your fault. Don’t worry, it won’t hurt too much. Learn to laugh and do it often. Spend time with family. If your family is screwed up, find another family. And finally smile. Yes again. Even if you have to fake it at first. It would be fake for long.
Yes, this has been very basic ramblings, but it’s a start. Happiness is an inside job. You don’t need a douche bag charging you into the poorhouse telling you their way is the only way. All cults are full of crap. Don’t fall for it.

I was in my “Wa Space” a few days ago. I had my feet in the sand while listening to the waves crashing against the beach. I walked along the pier in the rain. I watched a storm roll in over head and enjoyed the light show it brought. Amazing.
I feel my breathing change while when I got to the beach. My heart is always happy and my soul feels absolutely light. This is my “Wa Space”.
Where is your “Wa Space”?
I’m sure that there have been dozens of blogs in the past few weeks on the topic of suicide. It’s an extremely painful thing for so many. I have been in very dark places and I have my heart broken by the loss of others. This is written more for the person that has a friend or loved one that may be in that dark place. Here are some things that personally helped me in the past.
Well, let me just say this to those that are struggling. You may want to end your story, but DON”T!!! You are someone’s world and someone’s reason to smile. That is an amazing thing to be. Don’t be blind to that fact. But I know that you are, because I was. You’re not at your most rational self. That’s ok, and it will pass if you allow it. Please let it pass. Please.

And now here are some things that have helped me.
Always seek professional help for those individuals and just be there. THIS BLOG IS NOT MEANT TO BE A SOURCE OF PROFESSIONAL HELP. The subject of suicide has been everywhere and I just felt compelled to share.
Please understand, as I said before, a person contemplating suicide is not the most rational. Don’t beat them up for how they feel. Just be there for them.
